Me and my husband wanted to try something new. This place had good reviews and I see why. Food had great portions, and the price was a cool price balance. We set outside and had great service from the waitress, expeditor, and owner. Husband chicken sandwich was huge, and my Salmon Salad was very tasty. Outside was good, tables had a little rust around edges and some chairs could use a wipe due to it being outside, but very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We are going to return and try new items out. We definitely will return
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in years. Our waitress(I am so sorry didn’t catch your name) was SO kind and prompt with everything. The (what I am assume is manager or owner) checked in on us twice. This was all during an incredibly busy Friday night. The wine being $3 a glass on Fridays, the amazing beer-battered fish, amazing and fresh salad was all such an amazing treat. The prices are so cheap compared to the quality of both food and service. We will be back!!
Main Street Grille is located right on Main Street! They offer a large selection on their menu and have a full bar. I had a bloody mary and it was just the right amount of spicy! The food was fresh and made to order. Our server was friendly and was able to make suggestions and answer questions. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you can seat yourself.
A restaurant does great when you see patrons enjoying their meal and staff socializing with and checking with them if they need anything. Shelby was attending me and was very friendly and kept me updated about my takeout. I ordered southwest burger, both vegetarian and non vegetarian ones. Tasted absolutely delicious even by the time I drove to my house and had it. I asked Gemini to look for best burger place in Greenwood and couldn’t agree more, the best burger place in Greenwood.
This is a locally owned restaurant with great food. I stopped with my niece and her son's, 11 and 7. They had a pizza which the 7 year old declared as 10 out 9lof 10. The 11 year old had a cheeseburger and said it was the best he had. I ordered a BLT and it had a ton of bacon. I was pleasantly surprised as normally its just a couple of slices. We did have to wait about 10 mins - it's not a large restaurant, but if it wouldn't have been so hot out (heat advisory) we would have had immediate seating on the patio (covered). We're looking forward to eating here in the Fall - we come down for a soccer tournament.
After hearing glowing reviews from a close friend, and of course after hearing Smalltownindiana's review, we had to try the breaded pork tenderloin. It was near capacity on Sunday around 12:30. We were met by the owner when we walked in. To cut it short, the BPT was the absolute best that we had ever had. Even with a full house the service was out of this world. Totally on it! We didnt even have to ask for extra napkins. If you haven't been here, you need to drop in.
To start off they have some really good food. I enjoyed the meatball sub and the onion rings. Angela, the waitress. Was full of smiles and up bet. She took real good care of us . Checking in throughout the meal. But not too much. You get the hole family own and run vibe.
First time eating here, and we were very pleased. The food is homemade and delicious. The onion rings were the best I have ever eaten, due to the taste and the semi soft texture from the homemade breading. My daughter enjoyed the chicken nachos. The waitress was very sweet, and attentive to our needs. I forget her name, but recall she is the owner's sister. We will definitely return to this establishment.
We've been going here for years. I've also worked in a lot of restaurants and Main Street Grille is the best managed I've seen. Cozy but fun atmosphere! The food is topnotch, always fresh and presented beautifully! The cooks & servers are awesome & the owner is always there helping them & checking on customers! I love the variety of food flavors they offer as well! It's our favorite restaurant! We just ordered their take out for the 1st time & it was very impressive as well, the food looked & tasted just as great as it does in person! Thanks MSG!
